" The ad also calls Extra gum the "long-lasting 5-calorie snack to help reveal the new you." isnt gum bad for your teeth or something? i cant think of gum as a snack..  have you guys seen the commercial to this? or heard about this? edit; if someone can fix the topic title i spelled lose wrong. i messed up.

Meh... in all honesty, gum was the best invention for working out your jaw muscles, cold turkeying (not a word, I know) cigarettes, and temporary breath refresher.
By no means is starvation the best way to lose weight. That's a horrible approach to losing weight. |
