I was in the car and i seen this really im gonna say "heavy" woman, i'm not gonna be mean and say "fat ass bitch" or somethin you know. but yeah i seen this really really heavy lady she was probably 300 or 400 pounds if not more. she was really wide, and she was walking. I kept thinkin to myself damn how do they walk? isn't hard with all that weight. It actually made me feel bad i mean isnt there something we can do for all these obese women,men and kids?(in a positive way)

I feel so bad because eventually all these obese people will have heart attacks from eating unhealthy and lack of exersize.

I'm not sayin all obese/fat people are unhealthy because i know this one girl who does eat healthy, does exersizes and really watches the calories and stuff.. but shes obese.

also, ive noticed there are soo many Burger Kings, Mc Donalds, Wendys, KFC, ect ect.. aren't there any 'fast food' healthy places?
Like:

Drive-thru: Can i take your order?
Customer: Yeah lemme get a turkey burger, bag of baked chips, and a small apple juice.

other then..

Drive-thru: Can i take your order?
Customer: Yeah lemme get a double whopper meal, large fries, large coke and a hershey pie..

I mean foreal, are there any like healthy places that are like 'fast food' places? I think that would be better for everyone

Problem is... healthy food is costing more than cheap fast food. Fruits and vegetables went up in price. So even restaurant prices went up with it. If anyone has noticed, so has the fast food.

Oil price goes up = everything goes up

oh foreal? no i haven't noticed in the fast food prices
because i dont really eat fast food. I mean i do if you consider Subway fast food. I do eat fast food but it's rare if you see me chompin on a burger with fries. Im not gonna lie all that shit taste good but im not trying to gain mad weight.

Ask your parents if the prices of fruits, vegetables, and meat has went up. They'll most likely say, "girl, don't even get me started". My mom flips out because the cost of plantains and bananas went up =\

Lol mm bananas.. anyway um, yeah i asked mami and she looked at me
like i was stupid she said hell yeah and so did gas. i was like oh my bad. lol

Bananas are so good though..

But I really think in the long run, even if it's more out of your pocket now, isn't it worth being healthy?
