True what Tama said. I know for sure in California, Marijuana is legal, but only for medical purposes and use. And I think there are some small states that are legal to like Colorado I believe?
But Marijuana I think is illegal on the federal level, but when it comes to the State level, it's a bit complicated. I'm not really sure, but yeah. |

Anyone can grow it at any given time, outdoors, indoors, in humidity, in the winter... lol there's no control over it. So while they're legalizing it, they're also making sure there's no sells/distribution goin on. They should just legalize "harvesting" and keep distribution illegal. It would make things a lot easier -.- |
