^ I'm confused. What do you mean "legitimate" ones? Most hookah bars fill it up with tobacco, not weed. And I've never heard of anyone scoring weed or any other type of "dope" at a hookah bar...

But some hippie owned it and he was tryin to sell us some bud under the table. Then I guess they're really not legitimate. A friend of mine told me when he visited a Hookah Bar in India it was straight up funk ass weed. I thought legitimate Hookah Bars were able to sell marijuana as long as it is all smoked (lol yeah right) in doors, the owner has to have a permit for it. |
