punch walls? punch people? kick your pets? bitch out people on cb?
If I'm online I usually write out a bunch of A:LSKJFA:LDKFJA:DLKFJDAs, but when my mom throws my clothes in the garbage I walk out of the house. Otherwise, I call up my friends and talk things out. |

working out while listening to loud music on the i-pod sometimes helps.
but the thing that helps the most for me is writing in my journal. |
