Losin weight, is this true?

I was just wonderin is it true that if you take Rennie indigestion tablets when you hungry, does it fill you up? I think i read it in a magazine once but i was just wonderin if anyone else has heard of it?

hey im from the us. but umm i watch this show cawlled
paul ckenna i can make you thin and his 4 simple rules are

1. eat what you want (this eliminates cravings and pigging out on things you only eat once in a while)
2. when your hungry go and eat
3. (this is the key) EAT CONSCIOUSLY! ( this means turn of the tv or computer and eat your food slowly so u can listen to your body telling you your full!!!!!)
4. When your full-ish stop. its okay to go back and eat again ten minutes l8r.


I have already lost like 10 pounds since starting this a week or two ago, so it really does work!!!
