punch walls? punch people? kick your pets? bitch out people on cb?
If I'm online I usually write out a bunch of A:LSKJFA:LDKFJA:DLKFJDAs, but when my mom throws my clothes in the garbage I walk out of the house. Otherwise, I call up my friends and talk things out. |

i lock myself up in my room and listen to music or vent to my best friend or boyfriend. if i'm really angry/upset i drive to the park or the beach.
