I was just wonderin is it true that if you take Rennie indigestion tablets when you hungry, does it fill you up? I think i read it in a magazine once but i was just wonderin if anyone else has heard of it?

Prince - post something constructive or I'll revoke your posting abilities again.
I'm guessing the UK, Rennie's are our thing after all, oui? And no - Rennie's don't fill you up. It's the same principle as drinking fizzy pop and hoping the fizz fills your stomach; it doesn't, you just burp. I really wouldn't suggest taking indegestion tablets in excess in order to lose muscle. Odds are you'll get the squirts and do much more harm than good. Cut down on the amount of carbs (potatoes, pasta etc) that you eat and do 20 minutes of gentle exercise a day if you feel you need to lose weight; but remember that for your height your weight is perfectly fine. |
