How long does it take yall to adapt to a new location? How long does it take you to REALLY know your place? You can say it could be a lifetime for you to really truly understand the aspect of where you live. But just in general terms, it usually takes me about 2 years to actually get the feel of a new city. I been living in Davis for nearly two years now, and I can say I am starting to get use to the place, but there's still some little aspects that I'm still unfamiliar with.

I've always lived in NYC, and always within the same general vicinity the few times that I've moved, so I can't really say. But it would probably take me a few months to get to know all the ins and outs of a city in the way that you mean, Tung.
