How long does it take yall to adapt to a new location? How long does it take you to REALLY know your place? You can say it could be a lifetime for you to really truly understand the aspect of where you live. But just in general terms, it usually takes me about 2 years to actually get the feel of a new city. I been living in Davis for nearly two years now, and I can say I am starting to get use to the place, but there's still some little aspects that I'm still unfamiliar with.

Hmm... you know, I've lived in San Diego all my life, but I've moved around a few times. Anyway, yea it takes me about a month, at most. I mean, I walked home from school and rode the school bus, so I knew my way home. I still am a little iffy about directions when it comes to the freeway and around La Jolla, since I don't drive -- I sleep in the car -- and I am only in La Jolla for school.
