Myspace layout: few problems, table size, font size, & background Options

I have a few issues with this myspace layout.
- If using Internet Explorer in the Contacting Roxy table'stext is really tiny. In Firefox, the text is normal. What's going on?

-In internet explorer, there is a picture at the top right hand corner and in Firefox, it just says: Roxy is in your extended network.

-At the lower left hand corner there is a gray background so you can read the text in Firefox but in Internet explorer you do not see the gray background.

-Also, in firefox the tables are not the same size unlike Internet Explorer.
