I have figured out how I am going to die...Have you? Options

I am going to die by someone stabbing me. I constantly have dreams where I am being chased by a mob of thugs and they pull out a knife, and as they lunge back, I wake up. Any of you have dreams like this or is it just me. I will have a dream one night say Monday, and the dream will continue on like Wednesday.

I'm paranoid when I wash my face because I tend to believe that every time I lift up my face, someone will be behind me, ready to stab me to death. I hope this is not the way I will die.

there are times when i'm alone at home and its really rainy or dark or thundering outside, and i'm scared to go to the bathroom because of that reason.

Oh, me too. What about the garage? I hate being in the garage when I'm alone at home and it's late at night or storming.

^ I hate being in my house when it's dark/rainy/storming. Sometimes, I'd just sit in one position trembling all night, srsly. I get paranoid that I'll turn a corner and get attacked by somebody hiding. And I avoid all mirrors, bc if I'm gonna get attacked, I'd rather have my eyes closed.

I think we all need to stop watching thrillers. There was one time I was alone in my house and it was raining, and someone kept banging on my door. I kept asking, "Who is it?" But no one answered, but the banging never stopped. Eventually, I sprinted to my room to check who was at the front door, and I could see no one. I even had someone else drive by to check who was at the front door, but no one was, still. To this day, I don't know who the hell was at my front door knocking. I shut myself in my room for the entire night with a knife in my hand. It was bad.

I also don't shower with the bathroom door open, for privacy and paranoia purposes. I have a bathroom in my room, but I still close the door because if I'm going to get attacked, I'd like to be prepared and know that someone is opening my door. Yeah.

Well, you know how the shower door (assuming you have one and not a curtain) gets foggy? It freaks me out if I know I have my bathroom door open and someone could sneak in on me at any time. I absolutely hate it.

And, yes, my heart rate increases when I happen to wash my face in the shower and I have to momentarily close my eyes, too. God. No more movies for me.
