I am new to this, but would like to start making my own layouts some how. I am alright at paint shop pro- and createblog.com is my most favorite site, but i would love to make my own myspace layouts- could n e one lead me in the right direction?

do a bit of research before you start making layouts, look at which styles are popular (but never copy!) and try to get a feel for your own "layout style"
make a folder on your computer for stock photos/photographs of your own/images you might want to use, but always credit and make sure you get permission first
