Ok ive been trying to figure this out for a while now.
I have adobe photoshop elements 3 and ive been trying to figure out how to make a layer surrounded in shadow. I think he's talking about each box kind of "glows" black.
You can do this by going to layer >> layer styles >> blending options and selection "outer glow." Then change the color to black and the blend mode to something like multiply, and mess around with the distance, size, and spread. |
