whenever i sleep late, i always wake up with a headache. does this happen to anyone else?

the mornings that i sleep in i probably typically go to bed around 1-ish. last night i went to bed later, but still. i can to bed at 12 or 4 and if i sleep late the next morning i'll certainly have a headache.

edit:

tama - i can't think of anything like that. i mean this is been a problem for me for a long time, it's happened on a regular basis for probably a couple years.

<,< I would highly recommend you make an appointment with a Neurologist. Even a pinched nerve in your foot can cause headaches nearly instantly or when the pressure is off the nerve (while you're sittin down or layin down to sleep) it can cause a bottle neck of pain as soon as you put pressure back on it again.
