whenever i sleep late, i always wake up with a headache. does this happen to anyone else?

late to me is 10:30 or after, and i don't sleep late often. weekdays i get up at 6 or 7 depending on my class schedule that day. most weekends i end up being up by 9:30 or so. anytime i sleep past then i wake up with one and it drives me crazy.

Hm... when the headaches started... was there anything you added/removed to/from your diet? Have you been reading a lot more often? Or using the PC a lot more often? Causing any sort of eye strain? Have you become sensitive to light, in terms of vision? |
