hey, i was wondering, the images that are posted in the graphic section, am i allowed to use them? or is there still rules on how to use them? can i use em on my layouts?

Graphics that are submitted to CB are meant to be used freely for personal use.
If you are using the background in your OWN layout and not distributing that layout or submitting it to a site that will be distributing it, you are in the clear and 100% allowed to use it. However, many artists get upset if you don't link them back, so just to be safe (and to express your thanks to the artist who made it!) I would include a link in your credits section to the person who made it. It's just nice to do so. I personally don't care, but more people do than don't. ;3 |
