Well, I can't really answer "make", but here are a list of files that you can save it as and their qualities:
JPEG/JPGs: Blurry on old monitors but takes a short time to load GIFs: Colors mess up on old monitors but takes a short time to load PNGs: Perfect on any monitor but takes a long time to load |
