alrighty. so i'm going boy band crazy right now and i'm really wanting to get n'sync, bsb, spice girls, etc. songs!!! i haven't used limewire before (i've been getting all my songs on different sites online), and i was wondering if it's a good idea to download it? i just bought a new computer and i don't want to screw it up.

Actually, if you're "sharing" files, then you're more likely to get caught. Although this might not be the case for bitorrent (not sure though), since you're sharing parts of files. ![]() I've never used Limewire, but my bf did a few times. He never got caught. We usually use bittorrent to download stuff (programs, drama, anime), but I also use irc often whenever I can. When I'm at school and I can't use bitorrent, I can still use IRC as that's a "chat", even though I send and receive files. I'm pretty sure you're just as susceptible uploading through torrents. It's pretty easy for internet providers to try to interfere with your illegal activities by capping you if you're uploading/downloading too much through torrents. There's no way you're going to get caught for using limewire a few times, though, unless you're downloading or something by asshats like that. Torrents. I use www.torrentreactor.com And there is Pirates Bay. Pirate Bay sucks. Private trackers ftw. |
