Hiding "Contacting (Display Name here) in Contact Box. Options

I was wondering I have a friend who wanted to hide the words that appear above the contact box that say, "Contacting Whomever" I tried going through the code and changing the text attributes but it only made the actual links disapeer. Does anyone know how I can do that? Please and Thank you!
