For photoshop and paint shop pro users, is it a good thing or a bad thing? You really had a hard time studying and learning the techniques for editing programs like photoshop and paint shop pro that you need tutorials to do it (i'd like to thank createblog for this one. ) but now, now that we have picnik, it is sort of "unfair" to see a program that just "gives away" the same effects you could get in photoshop in just one click away. I mean, for me, having the ability to edit stuff in photoshop awes alot of my schoolmates which makes me happy because it sort of gives me a uniqueness. But now, there's this site which gives the same effect in a much more easier way that enables more people to do edited photos, and where is the uniqueness in that? On the brighter side though, you do get to edit stuff in a more faster way.
So there, I'd like to know your opinion about this site and I'd like to know if it really is a good or bad thing for photoshop and paint shop pro users.

i do not think that this program is bad, because it gives those who do not understand how to use photoshop of paintshop pro a way to edit their photos without much confusion. although i prefer photoshop, picnic is a lot cheaper and easier to use from what i read/saw on the site.

i totally agree.
plus at least ps users like us know what we are doing & how to do it instead of letting some website do it for us.
