I don't know if you guys have heard the controversy regarding the latest Vogue cover...
![]() People are complaining that it's racist. That his "gorilla-like" pose is perpetuating racial stereotypes. That it portrays an angry black man. That it screams "King Kong." If you see a black man and a white woman on a cover and immediately think "King Kong" then really... who's the racist? I'm really getting sick of people calling things out as racist when there's none to be found. People need to lighten up. |

Anything for controversy.
Its ridiculous! But i don't know, if the people who designed and/or came up with the cover idea didn't have a racial intent, its not racist, end of story. And Xquizit didn't mention it on this post but Lebron J. is the first black male to be on vogue. |
