Personally I say yes. In my state cats are allowed in most apartments, and they are clean. What do you think.

where i'm located, ks, it's pretty hard to find apartment complexes that allow dogs and if they do, there is a weight limit. all of the ones i've found were no more than 25lbs. and the apartment complex i live in now had a rule in the beginning that the pet had to be over a year. these kinds of rules are really good but if we had a big dog i would not want to give him away just because of what kind of dog he is.
