It looks like emberfly just took the template sheet from Hollister's main website and pasted it onto his profile. And his HCO Music tab leads to the main Hollister Co music site.

Well the template thing is a bit different but definitely NOT original, because there are so many 'copied template' layouts these days..but you should fix that music thing.

It wasn't "broken" I purposely linked it to their music player. I didn't just copy the layout directly. I had to take a screenshot, remove many things in GIMP, color the blog in GIMP, image map the entire thing (I chose the links dumbass(es) ) and I had to align it. I really liked it, but w/e I guess it was "jocking." I agree, there are many "stolen templates," like using program skins such as music players and etc, layouts, especially on CB. I was simply using that idea; say what you want.

The template IS a bit different, but the fact that it's basically jocked from the site and it actually redirects to the site from the music is absolutely ridiculous. It looks exactly alike, except for the inside boxes. He could at least be original and fancy it up in his own personal style.

Once again, That was all on purpose. IMAGE MAPPPPPPPPPP.

That is utterly uncalled for. When you post a layout, especially when you're promoting your site for a "of the month" win, you really should accept criticism, accept that people have taken the time to actually look at your layout.

I think the design community in generally frowns upon jocking, period, regardless of how innocent it may be or seem. From the distant eye, it would appear that you are promoting something of your own without it being completely something of your own. Sure, you personalized it. But there's a huge difference between personalizing something and actually coding something entirely. That's all I'm saying.
