lately my depression has been getting worse. i'm just curious as to how everyone else handles their depression if you have any. but if i'm the only one then oh well.

Irony? This isn't ironic. Its just I have a highly complex psyche. err... something like that The irony is that you need to feel physical pain of which is more painful than your emotional pain in order to relieve your emotional pain. And that physical pain that you inflict upon yourself is only feeling good because it's weaker than your bottled up emotional pain. But then when you see the scars on yourself, all you're doin is causing more emotional pain because of the damage you're doin. You're stuck in a catch 22-cycle twilight zone. |
