Personally I say yes. In my state cats are allowed in most apartments, and they are clean. What do you think.

small or not, if you're renting, you don't own anything, therefore it should be the landlord's decision.
i personally don't mind pets --big, small, loud, furry, feathery, smelly. my neighbor's problems are not my business. as for the noise problem, it's not as bad as having your neighbor blast on their stereo system. i'm pretty sure people can deal with it. |

small or not, if you're renting, you don't own anything, therefore it should be the landlord's decision. That's why when you rent/lease they ask for a security deposit as well as a fee for every animal, type of animal, and weight of animal. It should be the responsibility of the renter/owner to choose a place to live where best fits their type of living environment. |
