You know, my first reaction was going to be "so what, to you, sounds like emo/homo?" Then I thought, ya know, he's just going to say something thing like "trip hop sounds like that". Heh

Heh I haven't listened to all of it... but I've listened to a few artists that a neighbor tried to get me into. I just don't really feel it, not my type of genre. |

I haven't listened to all of it... but I've listened to a few artists that a neighbor tried to get me into. I just don't really feel it, not my type of genre. Well, trip-hop music is pretty broad. You have stuff that sounds more hip-hop (like DJ Shadow, Esthero), funk (Roisin Murphy), jazz-influenced (like Bitter:Sweet, Portishead), dark and moody (like Massive Attack, Portishead), ethnic (like Thievery Corp), electronic/pop (like Goldfrapp, Bjork, Sneaker Pimps), rock (Garbage, Massive Attack, Gorillaz). Triphop music actually evolved from hip hop music and originated in Bristol, England. |
