Personally I say yes. In my state cats are allowed in most apartments, and they are clean. What do you think.

Um, in some they are allowed. In some they are not. There's no need for them to be universally allowed.

Depends where you want to move.  I dont think its really a big deal whether they are or they arent, if theyre not allowed then move somewhere else  .
