Hey everyone. I've been making layouts for a while now and I need some feedback on this particular layout.
layout I submitted it once to here and got feedback on it so I made some major changes and here is what I have right now. Any feedback is welcome. Sarcasm is optional. Note: the banner was made by me using Paint Shop Pro 9 |

This is what I was told about the background and image:
"The color scheme is off. Use a light gray for the background instead so that it's easier on the eyes. After all, grays and navy blues are the dominant colors in your image." That was before the changes I made I went ahead and changed the red to a softer one. |
