How to make a myspace page like this?!, Would like to make a myspace the same way as the example provided Options

Hey there,

I may be being totally thick, but I would like to create a myspace in the similar format as this one;

The way the text is all centered and how it looks all neat and tidy.

I know that the banner is created elsewhere, and I can do graphics its just the coding im not good with. If any1 can help I would very much appreciate :)
