HELP PLEASE??? :] Options

So, I made this page right?...and I kno there is a way to make the page remain still no matter how wide anyones computer screen is or if you stretch the screen sideways and what not. Whenever i enlarge my IE or FF window or make it very wide the words i have hidden behind the div pop out at the sides!!!
