8% :) 6'4" 190 lbs, granted I don't have near the amount of muscle you have and I have a metabolism that allows me to consume 3000+ calories a day and still lose weight

8% :) 6'4" 190 lbs, granted I don't have near the amount of muscle you have and I have a metabolism that allows me to consume 3000+ calories a day and still lose weight ![]() Shoot just to maintain the size I have to eat no less than 4000 calories (give or take). The crappy part is, I could easily just eat 3 mcdonalds meals to accomplish 4000 calories but they're fatty calories which would defeat the purpose of tryin to keep myself lean @ 9% BF. So I have to eat 8 large healthy meals in order to accomplish and stabilize the BF and lean muscle mass. ![]() |

The crappy part is, I could easily just eat 3 mcdonalds meals to accomplish 4000 calories but they're fatty calories which would defeat the purpose of tryin to keep myself lean @ 9% BF. Fast food is great for bulking phases, since dietary fat has little correlation with body fat. Lee Priest is infamous for his dirty bulks. You can measure your percentage with calipers, which are second in accuracy to water-based tests. |

You can measure your percentage with calipers, which are second in accuracy to water-based tests. Yeah but I honestly don't know how to equate fatty foods.
