Tamacracker, I'm 5'7 135Lbs, not sure if that's average or fat, but since you know alot about this kinda stuff, what would you consider that? =\ I can't go by height and weight really. You could have a really small frame and be a fatty with barely any muscle mass, or you could have a normal or even large frame. Trying to figure out if you're considered healthy would be on a personal level. You'd need a professional to take a look because he/she can recognize the body type, the weight, height, muscle mass, and body fat mass. Doin it over the phone or internet (even with pictures) isn't really beneficial since they have to take a full look at your body, in order to be accurate. But from your picture, the only thing I'd worry about (if anything) would be to gain muscle mass. But you don't have to build muscle mass if you prefer to stay at your size. By the way, when I say frame, I mean your bone structure. |
