try the createblog photoshop or paint shop pro tutorials (depending what program your working in...guess its photoshop?), and just add your own effect to the image.
try searching google as well. i love www.smashingmagazine.com its absolutely amazing and has some ideal portfolios and photoshop tutorials to view. it's kind of hard to navigate but once you find things, favourite them on your computer. try not to copy the same image as you gave as an example so it's not just another "one". add your own edge with a mix of tutorials :) you seem to know what you want, its just about finding the elements which make it up. research is important if you want to produce a really well presented graphic. |
