I usually don't wear make-up so I was think about maybe doing smokey eyes for prom... my eyes look like this...
 is smokey eyes a good option? or what should i try... ? thanks for the help guys..

is your dress quite low key and a neutral colour? if it is smokey eyes will work.
however, for your eyes i think that a thin line of liquid black eyeliner flicked out at the edges, and perhaps some silver kohl liner as well, with lashings of mascara, will bring out your eyes nicely :) have you heard of the makeup brand benefit? if you have, my eye-makeup favourite is eye bright, its absolutely amazing. minimalistic is much better than dramatic. and if you end up with watery eyes, you dont want a load of perfect makeup spilling D: and if your date/crush look into your eyes, you want attention on your eyes, not your work of art makeup
