How do I get my design from photoshop to Myspace |

Ok so I tried creating my first overlay. Now that its finished and sliced for links what do I do to put it on Myspace? I also want to add 3 animations in the TV's and two boxs one for my about me area and the other would be my comments (scrollable). Thanks for any help.

Ok Well nevermind I seem to have gotten it up all by myself
 Myspace.com/bad_kitty Now To figure out how to add my comments box, about me box, and little mp3 player......
