lately my depression has been getting worse. i'm just curious as to how everyone else handles their depression if you have any. but if i'm the only one then oh well.

ive tried meditation for my depression and it works sometimes but 80% of the time i cant get out of my depressed state. i usually try to occupy my time with doing something productive wether it be working, reading, studying, etc.

I would recommend at least 1 hour a day, either right after you wake up, or right before bed. Because this is your most relax state, bodily and mentally. |
