lately my depression has been getting worse. i'm just curious as to how everyone else handles their depression if you have any. but if i'm the only one then oh well.

ive tried meditation for my depression and it works sometimes but 80% of the time i cant get out of my depressed state. i usually try to occupy my time with doing something productive wether it be working, reading, studying, etc.

ive tried meditation for my depression and it works sometimes but 80% of the time i cant get out of my depressed state. i usually try to occupy my time with doing something productive wether it be working, reading, studying, etc. you read?! reading never helps, especially when they're all about love and death and "different" people and life experiences. totally not fair! :[ [edit] oh yeah, of course sports! a nice walk will make you think harder, but it also helps put things into a different perspective, and really does help you think of things to kinda get out of the depressed feeling. other than that, sports involving hitting balls can be a savior. volleyball is the bomb, you can pretend the ball is somebody who may be making your condition worse! |
