how to change the look of brushes? |

i tried to change the size, shape, etc. of an eyelash brush to match the person's eye but idk how to do it.. everywhere i go the people say they used the warp tool but i don't know where that is... can someone please help me??

yes i do have photoshop cs2. but i was looking in a youtube video and the person took an eyelash brush and not only changed the pixel size, but made it so that the brush curved to the eyes in the picture. like, a perfect fit. i'd post the video but i can't find it :(
does that make sense??? thanks for the help so far though. if i need to, i'll just be adding the eyelashes manually with the pen tool. |
