i tried to change the size, shape, etc. of an eyelash brush to match the person's eye but idk how to do it.. everywhere i go the people say they used the warp tool but i don't know where that is... can someone please help me??

If you're trying to get some eyelash effect, you could just use the shortcut and find some of them on deviantart that are already made into brushes. :) Here is one brush set for the eyelashes. If you're able to use the pen tool and you're pretty comfortable with it, you can use this tutorial for creating thicker eyelashes, but I'm sure that if you mess around, you can learn how to actually create more eyelashes. Here's another tutorial, but I'm not sure if it looks pretty realistic. Maybe if you play around with more swatches, you can get a better look. :)
