i tried to change the size, shape, etc. of an eyelash brush to match the person's eye but idk how to do it.. everywhere i go the people say they used the warp tool but i don't know where that is... can someone please help me??

if you're using photoshop, all you have to do is click on the brush icon. at the top you should see the brush icon with a small arrow right next to it. all you have to do is change the size smaller. if you want it to be bigger though, it will make the brush blurry. hope that helps.
