i don't understand what the diference is between eating an orange and drinking a glass of orange juice..everyone's always like, orange juice always has so much more sugar, but when i check the ingredients of Tropicana orange juice, its just oranges and ascorbic acid.
so whats the difference? the same with apples and apple sauce/juice?! i guess my main question is...is there a difference if the ingredients are just the fruit and some added vitamin? |

the orange juice i drink is tropicana plus calcium. so i guess its supposed to help me more?
flavor wise, i guess the juice has more because its so much at once. like..lotsa oranges i prefer orange juice than having to go through the hassle of oranges.. |
