I need weight loss tips.

Well not really weight "loss" but weight LOSING. I'm 5"2 and 115 pounds. I feel like I'm a disgrace. T.T And how do you lose all the fat where your armpits are? eek.gif

like michelle said, you can't just choose where to lose the fat..that would make it too easy ;)

try eating 5-6 small meals a day so your metabolism is constantly up. always eat breakfast so your body can get a jumpstart in the morning. avoid eating processed foods (like packaged items, microwavable meals, etc.). and exercise is just as important :) you don't have to join the gym or anything, you can do little things, like using the stairs instead of the elevator, etc.
