The Ex Staff, What were you? Options

OK, so I've noticed recently via people's comments that a lot of members used to be members of CB staff - and then stepped down for whatever reason. I thought (seeing as I boggled at some revelations) that ex-staff could post here what they were, and why (if appropriate) they stepped down.

Members that have never been staff can also voice who was what, and current staffies can post previous positions.

I'm not sure when I was modded, I know it wasn't that long after I joined though (spring of 06 maybe?, I registered in December of 05 I think). Anyway, my staffing evolution:
People Staff -> Head Staff -> Administrator -> Mentor-> Got the hell out -> Came back -> Mentor -> deciding not to wait until my kid was in middle school, Administrator

Things have calmed down A LOT since my last stint on staff, which was a huge determining factor on me coming back. That and it was suggested that I should return and I felt good about it.

Mentor isn't just below Jusun. They have no modding or administrative abilities at all. Since Jusun is the root administrator, the administrators would be next in line (I presume). And it's Head Staff and above that can become mentors at this point. --ack, sorry J, I didn't see the responses above.
