The Ex Staff, What were you? Options

OK, so I've noticed recently via people's comments that a lot of members used to be members of CB staff - and then stepped down for whatever reason. I thought (seeing as I boggled at some revelations) that ex-staff could post here what they were, and why (if appropriate) they stepped down.

Members that have never been staff can also voice who was what, and current staffies can post previous positions.

I was Xanga Staff and then Design Staff back in 04-05 but I stepped down eventually because I got pissed off with one of our Admins at the time because she seemed to think that if a design staffer had ANY GRAPHICS at all on their hard drive, that they were obligated to code them and submit them to cb as layouts, no matter if you actually wanted to share that certain design with cb or not. Her justification for this was because we could "easily do so." And if we weren't doing just that, we weren't doing our jobs... even if we had about 30 layouts at the time, and still managed to submit one per week, plus keep up with the queue and stay active in the RC. She was an idiot and still is.

When I asked her to demote me, she refused to for a good couple hours because she seemed convinced that in order to demote me it had to be a unanimous decision by all three admins at the time. Like it wasn't obvious to her that if someone was ASKING to be demoted, it was a completely different situation than if someone was GETTING demoted for something like inactivity. So I stalked all her posts on the forum and replied to them with "DEMOD ME" in bold caps until she finally had the guts to do it.

Good times.

For the record, I think I pwn her silly ass in terms of adminship.
