I find it kind of rude, but that's just me. When things are closed prematurely, I often have things I feel like saying (maybe that's why I created a new topic, who knows?! I do, and it is.) but I can't because someone who didn't post that they closed the topic, closed it.

Contrary to popular belief, we really aren't obligated to explain all our decisions with you guys. Sure you can ask, and we might answer, but I'm just saying. it's not like we just make rules up as we go along just to f**k with peoples heads. we have the forum's best interests in mind.
And honestly, you said "fair enough" or something to that effect. That pretty much signifies that the question has been answered and the issue resolved. That, imo, isn't even an assumption, it's a deduction. I don't even really need your permission to close topics either. |
