i play sports and everything..
i'm health freak but i just don't seem to be growing.. idk if it's because I started weight lifting at a young age or bcuz i just inherited on of my parents short-height genes... but i just want to know if any food out there could help you grow an inch taller or something.. |

There's no such thing as food that causes you to grow faster or more for that matter. You're still young... you don't fully develop until about 24 years old. Weight lifting doesn't hinder genetics, that's impossible. Most likely if you stay short, it's because of your genetics, passed down to you by your parents. |
