^yeah, even small changes like using a satin pillowcase cover can help your skin become healthier.
and there's really no quick fix to pimples. if it is seriously a problem, you should DEFINITELY see a dermatologist because..well, they are the experts  i've been using differin since like middle school and it works wonders for me :)
