for some reason, i brush my teeth at least twoo times a day and they are yellow! i don't know what to do and i am very self-concious about having yellow teeth.

Do it the old fashion way! Floss once a day, brush twice a day, rinse twice a day :)
But then if you don't want to use the strips. My sister used them and her teeth is like white like heck. But then, it did irritate her gum. Don't know if it'll irritate yours. |
