Okay, I'm kind of trying to lose some weight, but a lot of times, I feel like I eat too much.It's not like when I eat a meal, I eat until I feel like I'm going to be sick or anything like that; I try to eat small portions.However, I tend to snack a lot during the day instead of eating real meals.Like, I'll eat a Poptart for breakfast, skip lunch, but then eat a few snacks in between breakfast & dinner.
There are some days where I feel like I eat wayy too much because of it.But, I feel like if I were to eat three meals, I'd still end up eating a lot of snacks in between anyways, and that would just make it worse. I try to eat healthy.I'm a vegetarian and the only snack-type food we really have in my house are animal crackers && pretzels (and chocolate, but I try not to eat a lot of it). Basically, my problem is I feel like I eat too much, but I want to lose weight.I feel like I have pretty much no self-control. :/ Sorry that this is kind of long. |

@ Tamacracker: First, I said "It's not like when I eat a meal, I eat until I feel like I'm going to be sick or anything like that" So, yeah, I am trying to eat small portions. :]

Basically, I originally stopped eating meat because I thought I would be able to make a difference && the more I read online about it, the more I liked the idea.I realize that just not eating meat won't change much in general, but for me as a person, I feel a lot better.(I worded that badly. >_<) QUOTE Ok so your problem is simple... just stick to eating vegetables and fruits and stay away from sweets/sugars/oil.
